Detroit, Michigan, April 28, 2025 — Taiwan Excellence is pleased to present 15 leading Taiwanese brands at North America's largest automation exhibition, AUTOMATE 2025, held from May 12–15 at Huntington Place, Detroit.
The Taiwan Excellence Awards is an annual recognition program for innovative products from Taiwan. The Taiwan Excellence Pavilion will be located at Booth 2646 in Hall B, themed “Precision from Taiwan, Advancing Robotics,” showcasing the latest product innovations in robotics and AloT solutions to offer competitive advantages and shape the future of robotics.
On Monday, May 12, at 1 PM, Taiwan Excellence will host a one-hour product launch event at its booth, introducing executives from five of the 15 exhibiting brands. Smart manufacturing solutions on display include collaborative robots with built-in AI vision, high-sensitivity robot safety enclosures, CNC robotic systems, precision harmonic gear technology, and synchronized multi-axis automation systems. These demonstrate Taiwan’s capabilities in advanced robotics, motion control, and intelligent automation for efficient industrial applications.
Speakers include Francine Chu, Regional Sales Manager at TECHMAN ROBOT; Nephel Lo, Deputy Director at Touché Solutions; Otis Siah, Global Director at SYNTEC; Doug Kiernan, Americas Director at TOYO ROBOT; and Andy Grossmeier, Sales Engineer at HIWIN.
In response to the U.S. government’s push for increased domestic manufacturing, Taiwan Excellence and its participating brands are actively seeking partnerships in the U.S. to support the development of advanced manufacturing. Leveraging Taiwan’s expertise in robotics, precision engineering, and smart automation, these companies aim to contribute to U.S. manufacturing revitalization and help strengthen domestic supply chains.
In addition to the five brands featured in the launch, Taiwan Excellence will also highlight award-winning products from AAEON, APLEX, FATEK, JUMBO LASER, LEANTEC, MiTAC, Novakon, PLANET, TBI MOTION, and Transcend.
