Purification Principle
● Primary Filter Layer: Air filter cotton that removes dust particles from the air. Replacement cycle: 1–3 months
● Intermediate Filter Layer: F7-grade adhesive filter cotton that captures larger smoke particles, acting as a pre-filter to protect the main filter. Replacement cycle: 1–3 months
● Main Filter Layer: HEPA high-efficiency filter that traps fine, penetrating particles; features corrosion resistance and high-temperature durability. Replacement cycle: 6–12 months
● Gas Filter Layer: Activated carbon granules combined with molecular sieves and oxidants for an ultra-large surface area and strong adsorption capacity—effectively filters harmful gases and delivers clean air quality

We recommend customers use a dedicated laser fume extractor, which efficiently filters smoke and odors, keeping the workspace clean and maintaining air quality to ensure the health of operators.
